Recipe for PESTO : take a few bunches of basil (wash the leaves), a clove of garlic, if desired, grated parmesan cheese, pine nuts, a little sardinian cheese, extra virgin olive oil, a bit of salt. Better to use the mortar, but in the modern kitchen and quickly using the blender!
