Recipe: Focaccia with olive oil (fugassa all'euio).
1 kg. of flour, a little olive oil, bit of salt, 30 gr. yeast, water for the dough.Mix all the ingredients, spread in a pan with fingers, pierce the dough with a fork and place in hot oven for about 25 minutes, remove cooked, but clear, brush with oil.
Eaten with milk and coffee, or a glass of white wine.
